Art 2070 - Intro to Animation

Ball Bounce with Squash and Stretch

For our first assignment, we were tasked with practicing our line quality before we drew a series of ball bounces that applied squash and stretch. We then, scanned them into photoshop, and then, exported them frame by frame into Adobe Affects. We played around with the timeline until the sequence seems fluid enough to present it.

Beanbag Walk Cycle with Tension and Weight

For our second assignment, like the first in the steps, we were tasked with making a beanbag walk cycle animation with a beanbag that we stitched together before the semester started.

We make different frame by frame sequence drawings and then like the first assignment, scanned them, drew them but this time, utilized Photoshop drawing tool.

Creepy Character: Zbrush - Gearframe

Utilizing zBrush, we created creepy characters based off of different aspects of a creatures that we placed together.

This is my attempt combing a gear with dog. I used a simple shader to get the metallic texture and then made a turn cycle animation to finish it up.
